Students serve as co-managers of their company and are required to make decisions relating to operations, distribution, warehouse operations, workforce compensation, sales and marketing. Their results are based on the functioning of real-world companies competing in the marketplace.

Torres Serrano is a senior business administration major from Bucaramanga, Colombia. Westfield is a senior business administration major from Liverpool, England. Both students are members of the Pioneer soccer team.
